Are you motivated by delivering excellent client service in a truly international environment? As an Associate Consultant within Korn Ferry's Global Reward Services Team , you will support some of our largest multinational clients through annual compensation and rewards data collection projects, while helping them maximize the value of Korn Ferry's reward solutions and platforms.

You will manage a portfolio of clients primarily headquartered in North America , partnering with stakeholders across a variety of industries and organizational levels.

Your role

will combine client relationship management, project coordination, data collection, analysis, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end data collection activities, supporting client webinars and meetings, providing consultative guidance throughout the process, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of project milestones.

Location & Working Model This is a hybrid position based in the Pilsen Region, Czech Republic . As the role supports clients across North American time zones, you will work afternoon and evening shifts until 10:00 PM approximately 3-4 times per week . Key Accountabilities Manage end-to-end reward and compensation data collection activities for multinational clients primarily based in North America Build strong relationships with client contacts ranging from Analysts and Compensation Specialists to Regional and Global Reward Leaders Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive communication, issue resolution, and ongoing support Lead client webinars, training sessions, and meetings focused on data collection processes and Korn Ferry tools Prepare data collection materials, coordinate submissions, and perform quality reviews to ensure data accuracy and completeness Conduct ad hoc analyses and support project reporting activities Collaborate closely with Advisory, Commercial, Product, and Operations teams across multiple geographies Track and maintain accurate client information and project activities within designated systems and tools Develop expertise in Korn Ferry's reward solutions and contribute to the continued growth and quality of the KF Pay database Proactively identify process improvements and share best practices across the team Skills & Experience 1-3 years of experience in a professional business environment, preferably in HR, Compensation & Benefits, Consulting, Customer Success, Project Coordination, Account Management, or Shared Services University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Experience working with data, including data collection, validation, reporting, and handling confidential information Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to build effective internal networks and collaborate across global teams Additional languages are considered an advantage What Will Help You Succeed You are proactive, organized, and solution-oriented You enjoy working with people from different cultures and backgrounds You are comfortable taking ownership and managing multiple deadlines You have a strong customer focus and are motivated by delivering high-quality results You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment You are comfortable working afternoon and evening shifts to support North American clients Korn Ferry may use AI as part of its recruitment process, but all hiring decisions are made by humans.
