Fiberglass Machine Operator

Operate production equipment and perform manufacturing tasks according to work instructions and production schedules. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and ensure equipment is properly cared for. Follow all safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with NOV HSE and quality standards.

Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures to complete assigned work accurately. Support team operations by assisting with additional production duties as needed. Work overtime and various shifts as required to meet business needs. Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift while performing frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive movements.

Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds and push or pull equipment and materials throughout the shift.

• High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or machine shop environment preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and assembly procedures. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work. Reliable attendance, dependability, and a strong work ethic. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to learn new processes and cross-train in multiple production areas. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
