Help us grow our West Coast support team! You'll be a part of the founding team in Honolulu, HI, expanding support coverage and delivering 17/7 technical excellence to our West Coast customers. This role provides hands-on assistance by troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring seamless, high-touch support with a focus on Hawaii, Pacific, and Mountain time customers.
