1st Shift - Apprentice Machine Operator - Labeler

We are looking for energetic folks that want to help us build something great at Calyan. The ideal candidate is self-motived, focused, an optimist, has a sense of urgency in their work, enjoys executing processes and checklists consistently, and is hungry to learn new things and contribute to the team’s success. Duties: Learn all components of labeling machinery.

Operate labeling machines. Assist Production Assistants in operating machines as needed. Maintain machinery – keeping machines clean and operating at peak performance. Duties of Production Assistant. Movement to Senior Machine Operator upon completion of exam. Ideal Experience and capabilities: Manufacturing or production-type work.

Standing for 2+ hours at a time. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week 6 AM – 2:30 PM Monday-Friday Starting Pay: $15/hr during 60 day probation period, then raise to $16/hr.
