• FT & PRN
• Types of Roles: RN Case Manager, Admissions RN, After Hours RN, Visit RN
• Schedules are 12 hour shifts with rotation of days
• Territories include: Peoria, Pontiac, Bloomington, Ottawa, Pekin, Kewanee and surrounding Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 / year PLUS Gas Card/Auto Allowance, Full Benefits, PTO/Vacation, 401K with a match, and MORE! Requirements

What You Bring Active RN license in the state of employment Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. One (1) + year Hospice, home health or related organization experience preferred. Compassion for patients and families navigating end-of-life care Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently in the field Excellent communication skills across care teams and families
