Digital Business Analyst - Arabic Speaker - (9 Month )

Muller's Solutions is seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions within digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). Document and analyze user journeys and business processes. Ensure business requirements align with Ministry-approved technical standards. Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios in collaboration with quality teams.

Manage and document change requests throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis. Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. Experience in digital transformation or government projects is highly preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
