Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager – Internal Audit & IFC Location: Wanwadi, Pune Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: 3+ Years of post-qualification experience Job Overview: We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in Core Internal Audit, Risk Advirosy and a good understanding of Internal Financial Controls (IFC).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in conducting internal audits, evaluating internal controls, identifying risks, and recommending process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end internal audits across business functions, including finance, accounts, operations, and other key processes. Develop audit plans, prepare audit programs, and perform risk-based internal audits. Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal financial controls (IFC). Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and potential financial and operational risks.

Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting observations, risks, root causes, and recommendations. Assess compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, company policies, and internal procedures. Coordinate with process owners and management to discuss audit findings and track closure of audit observations.

Perform risk assessments, test internal controls, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Support IFC documentation, control testing, and remediation of identified control deficiencies. Work closely with finance and business teams to strengthen internal controls and improve governance.

Required Skills

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience. Strong hands-on experience in Core Internal Audit. Good exposure to IFC (Internal Financial Controls) & Risk Advisory Experience in risk assessment, audit planning, process reviews, and preparation of audit reports. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to interact with stakeholders and independently manage audit assignments. Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with a strong background in Core Internal Audit and practical IFC exposure, preferably from Big firms
