On-site Assistant Community Association Manager

We are on the search for a full-time Assistant Community Association Manager to aid in the daily operations of a large scale HOA located in Leland, NC. The position will be heavily involved in assisting with the management of HOA communities. Prior Home Owner Association or property management experience is preferred.

The position hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Pay rate is $45,000 annually.

Responsibilities

Assist Community Manager in all aspects of the job Greet, welcome and direct clients that come into the office Provide administrative support Assist with communication to community boards of directors Schedule and prepare for regular board meetings Maintain communication with homeowners Respond to homeowner needs Assist in the analysis of monthly financial reports, learn to create variance reports for the boards of directors Contribute to monthly management reports Contact vendors for community maintenance and special projects Attend regular meetings with the management firm Other items as needed Excellent communication skills Excellent time management skills Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multi-task Must be detail-oriented Ability to learn on the job Some general accounting/financial knowledge Benefits Package Paid Time Off Company Paid Holidays Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans are available 401(k) Life Insurance Short-term Disability Long-term Disability Accident coverage Critical Illness coverage Employee Assistance Program
