Housekeeping Team Member Location: Potters Resorts Five Lakes, Colchester Road, Tolleshunt Knights, Maldon, Essex, CM9 8HX Pay: £10.85–£12.71 per hour, depending on age We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people who enjoy getting stuck in and take pride in a job well done.

Whether you’ve worked in housekeeping before or are ready to try something new, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role. You’ll be on your feet for much of your shift, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, bending, lifting and carrying out repetitive tasks while working to room turnaround times.

Hours and location 30 hours per week 9am–3pm Working five days out of seven Regular weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis is an essential requirement of this role. You must be available to work these shifts. Due to our rural location and lack of public transport, you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

What you’ll be doing You’ll help make our guest accommodation a welcoming home from home, ensuring every room is clean, comfortable and ready for arrival. Your day will include: Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms to our high standards Making beds, dusting, vacuuming and sanitising surfaces Replenishing towels, toiletries and guest amenities Responding warmly and helpfully to guest requests Reporting maintenance issues and damaged items Using cleaning products and equipment safely Following health, safety and hygiene procedures Working with colleagues to get rooms ready efficiently and on time Bring your pride.
