• Cottonwood Care Home This position will be located at our Cottonwood Care Home in Ashford, Alabama 12 HOUR PITMAN SCHEDULE 7AM-7PM WEEK I
• TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY WEEK II
• MONDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY Alabama State Retirement Option Available Responsibilities: Various activities to meet consumer needs including, but not limited to: meal preparation, cleaning of the facility, assisting with daily tasks, etc. Teaching group and individual basic living skills Providing transportation using system vehicle when required by the program Ensure efficient operation of the facility Assisting with medication using the MAC certification under nurse supervision Completing required documentation using an electronic health record system Requirements: HS Diploma/GED Good MVR, willing to submit to motor vehicle report check Must meet insurability requirements to drive a system vehicle (21 years of age).
