Restorative Aide/CNA

Come Join our Team! We are looking for a Restorative Aide/ Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant to work with our growing census. The Primary responsibility of the Restorative CNA is to provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living, more commonly referred to as ADL’s. We are looking for compassionate, patient, and energetic people to join our Nursing Department.

Our Management staff provides a positive and supportive working environment with plenty of upward mobility.

Responsibilities

Assist with the Restorative Dining program. Perform restorative programs as developed by the Therapists/Restorative Nurse. Assist with mobility/personal care/ADL's. Reports to and performs those duties assigned by the restorative nursing supervisor. Demonstrates proficiency in motivating residents to participate in and complete restorative programs.

Maintains equipment and supplies for treatment. Maintains consistent resident care schedule and is efficient in use of time.
