• Bowling Green, KY, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 2 Year Degree, Salary Range: $62000.00 - $62000.00Salary/year, Travel Percentage: Eligible, Job Shift: 1st shift, Job Category: Information Technology, POSITION SUMMARY: This position is the primary personnel responsible for managing and maintaining the user, group, and systems within the CAYA IT environment. They will be supported by and help support the Infrastructure, Software, and Helpdesk teams. Main systems supported include AD, M365, Veeam, VMWare, Proxmox, Ninja. One, Alarm.com, Darktrace, SafeQ, and Mosyle.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Help manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and M365 Environments Manage software and OS patches for supported systems Automate and document IT workflows Cross train and collaborate with the Network and Security Administrator Manage file share and group access controls Resolve L3 and assist with L2 tickets when needed Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 years of relevant work experience 2-year degree minimum or equivalent certifications Powershell or similar automation tools Networking fundamentals (VLANs, subnets, firewalls) JOB REQUIREMENTS / EXPECTATIONS: Must be able to safely lift, carry, and install related IT equipment for up to 50 pounds Microsoft Active Directory and M365 Hybrid management experience This position will be in an office environment CORE VALUES: All employees must be willing to live our company's core values.
