Provides product support for homeowners, contractors, and utility personnel. Position requires strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly guidance. Develops technical documentation and training curriculum. Communicates sales and technical information to customers.
Performs other sales and engineering support duties to enhance customer relations upon request.
