Service Point Operations (Contract) - SPX Express

Act as the primary point of contact for Service Points and Parcel Shops to resolve daily operational issues, system queries, and service bottlenecks. Provide operational support regarding parcel acceptance, sorting, bagging, return processing, and handover to middle-mile/linehaul logistics. Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams resolve shop escalation issues promptly.

Assist in onboarding, training, and operational guidance for new retail shops, agency partners, or franchise outlets. Recommend workflow improvements and digital tools to enhance shop efficiency, reduce parcel processing time, and improve customer experience. Track shop feedback and common pain points to refine operational guidelines and training materials.

Bachelor's degree or above in any field; relevant fields such as Business, Economics, or related disciplines are a plus. Open to new graduates or candidates with 1+ year of experience, preferably in data analysis, operations, workforce planning, or related areas. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Google Sheets, data visualization, or other analytical tools is a plus. Logical and structured thinking, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large or complex datasets. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proactive mindset and willingness to learn, with an interest in using data and technology to improve operational efficiency.
