Job Details: Job Location: Headquarters

• Chicago, IL, Salary Range: $17.05 - $18.00Hourly, ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these duties.
• Direct activities of one or more workers who assist in preparing and serving meals
• Cook meals in quantities according to menu and number of portions to be served, including batch cooking.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and cooking equipment.
• Bake breads and pastries.
• Clean, cut, and prepare meat, poultry, and fish.
• Ensure that all individuals and groups receive a meal.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times, including sweeping and mopping of floors.
• Prepare and provide the ingredients or supplies required for catering events.
• Train and coach new and current employees.
