ALB Logistics is accepting a limited number of professional owner-operators to lease on under our authority. This is a structured alignment opportunity for operators who run their business professionally and value compliance, communication, and consistency. This opportunity is strictly for true owner-operators who own and operate their own truck.

• Factoring optional (not included) Revenue varies based on equipment, lanes, availability, and performance. ? FEES & COST RESPONSIBILITY Owner-Operators operate as independent businesses and are responsible for weekly operating costs, which may include:
• Carrier insurance contribution
• Cargo insurance (if applicable)
• Fuel, tolls, scales, and maintenance
• Factoring fees (if elected)
• Administrative or recovery fees as outlined in the lease ? All fees and deductions are fully disclosed in writing during onboarding prior to activation ? A refundable or non-refundable onboarding deposit is required to cover upfront carrier setup costs ?

REQUIREMENTS

(NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• True owner-operator (truck owned by operator)
• CDL-A with 2+ years verifiable OTR experience
• Clean MVR & safety record
• Tractor 2015 or newer (exceptions reviewed case-by-case)
• ELD-compliant equipment
• Strong communication & on-time performance
