• ALL EQUIPMENT & VEHICLE (with gas & maint. cards) PROVIDED ON DAY ONE Details: Paid Training Entry level with career advancement in our Surveillance Promotional Track Starting pay: $20/hour, average rookie Investigators earn $44,000-$54,000+ in their first year. Performance based raise opportunities at 90-days, 6 months, and annual performance reviews Certified Great Place to Work ® Monthly phone bill reimbursement PTO accrual starts first day, benefits at 60, 401k with 4% match offered at 6 months Paid travel, meal per-diem, and accommodations provided on remote cases Being a Private Investigator isn’t easy. Each day will be unpredictable. You’ll need to think on your feet and adapt to blend in while conducting surveillance on fraud cases. Working Conditions: sitting for extended periods, long-distance driving, maintaining surveillance position in hot or cold environments, foot pursuits, frequent video camera use, typing and viewing a laptop monitor Requirements: High school diploma or GED Must be at least 21 years old Must have valid driver’s license Must currently live in lower New England (MA, CT, RI, NH) Investigators are active when people are active – this includes weekends, holidays, and early mornings. You’ll have a set schedule with 2 consecutive weekdays off to start, average 10 hour days, 50 hour weeks. Ability to start work as early as 5am daily with occasional work into the evenings Ability to pass DMV check & background check Confident driving skills Willingness to travel and stay overnight on remote assignments (as needed) Accountability for working under minimal supervision Adaptability to blend in while undercover in any location with any activity
