Behavioral Health Technician

This is a non-exempt position that is responsible for the onsite residential support for the daily management of a quality milieu for residents at a recovery oriented treatment facility. Employee provides a portion of mandatory 24 hour awake coverage, customer service, and residential supervision. Employee provides example of support, respect, effective communication and positive social interaction.

Job functions must be completed in accordance with policies and procedures of funders, federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards and other regulatory guidelines. The Incumbent in this position demonstrates sensitivity to the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
