Candidates must have: Client focus, compassion and empathy are essential to the role Team work as well as flexibility and the ability to work off one’s own initiative are vital Current full clean driver’s licence (desirable) On-going or complete registration as a Social Care Worker with CORU Valid work permissions Roles & Responsibilities Promoting the rights and responsibilities of each service user within the service Participating in the development and implementation of Care and Placement Plans Promoting physical, emotional, social, educational, and religious welfare of each service user Where applicable, liaising with family members and other professionals Adhering to policies and procedures Documentation and report writing
