SPBT : Route Engineer (B5)

Who We Are About your role What You'll Do Execute distributor digital route-planning processes (Seller, Merchandiser, Delivery) through the use of Roadnet Territory Planner and Dynamic Dispatching by partnering with the Sales team and Distributor on a quarterly basis. Enhance the effectiveness and long-term profitability of the Distributor model through better route design, delivery optimization & cost efficiency, and route-compliance governance through the key route-performance KPIs, including: Seller Strike rate, Jump call, Outlets per route, Outlets per day, Non-buy outlets Delivery effectiveness Be Distributor customer master data governance Support the implementation of Delivery Dynamic Dispatching to improve Distributor logistics efficiency, including: Supporting program installation, parameter set-up, and delivery-route scenario simulations.

Training Distributor logistics teams to operate and maximize the use of the Dynamic Dispatching program independently. Providing periodic refresher training and ongoing capability development.

What's in it for you

What You need to be successful Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team-leadership role. Experience in route planning, delivery operations, logistics, sales distribution, or distributor management is preferred. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Fair command of written and spoken English. Strong computer literacy. Can drive with a valid driver’s license and own a car.
