The General Manager (Technology) will serve as the organization’s catalyst for harnessing emerging technologies — from Generative AI to frontier digital platforms — to transform everyday industry workflows into intelligent, efficient, and scalable solutions. Reporting to the CTO, with a dotted line to the MD, this role is designed for a leader who is industry‑agnostic, experimental by nature, and pragmatic in delivery.

Advocate for and drive adoption of new technologies that reimagine how work gets done across industries. Experiment & Execute : Translate bold ideas into practical, usable solutions that deliver measurable impact. Cross‑Industry Transformation : Leverage diverse sectoral experience to identify patterns, pilot solutions, and scale them across contexts.

Bridge Vision & Delivery : Operate at the cusp of technology and execution, ensuring innovation is grounded in operational reality. Lead with Agility : Build and guide a small team of engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and rapid iteration. Strategic Partnership : Collaborate closely with the CTO and MD to align technology initiatives with organizational vision and growth.

Thought Leadership : Represent the organization externally as a voice of practical innovation, showcasing how emerging technologies can reshape industries.

Who You Are

10+ years of proven track record in building and scaling technology products and platforms. Technology Depth : Hands‑on expertise with Generative AI, machine learning, cloud‑native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation frameworks, and modern data platforms. Innovation Track Record : Known for experimenting with emerging technologies and converting them into scalable, enterprise‑ready solutions.

Pragmatic Visionary : Able to balance bold, forward‑looking ideas with operational execution and measurable outcomes. Entrepreneurial Mindset : Curious by nature, relentless in pursuit of efficiency and transformation. Leadership Style : Comfortable leading small, agile engineering teams while also influencing at the executive level.
