Construction Manager

LRS Federal is seeking a qualified Construction Manager to join our team in Anniston, AL . This position will be responsible for leading construction and estimating for an upcoming project that would be 18 month contract , starting on or around November 2, to help oversee the Rehabilitation of Civil Rights Related Structures in Anniston AL.

Qualification Requirements Minimum Education & Experience Education / Alternate Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. OR a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience (subject to Government approval) in lieu of a degree.

Years of Experience: Minimum of 7 years of verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity. Track Record: Must have successfully served as the primary Project Manager or in Estimating on at least three (3) projects of similar size and complexity. Specialized Experience: Experience with healthcare facilities or similarly regulated environments is preferred .
