Dispatch and Compliance Administrator - Lead

The Lead Dispatch and Compliance Administrator will administer the scheduling, dispatching, and compliance of Drivers to ensure effective driver utilization and compliance with Federal and State regulations for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT). This role will lead broker back haul opportunities to maximize asset utilization to avoid empty miles and will ensure the entire process of each delivery, from start of route to the final delivery, adheres to all company expectations.
