• SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management (Maternity Cover) Help shape the employee experience through technology We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our HR Technology team as a maternity cover. You will take ownership of Talent Management solutions within SAP SuccessFactors and work closely with HR stakeholders, business teams and technology partners to deliver efficient and user-friendly HR processes. The role focuses on Talent Management modules such as Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Career Development Planning and Learning.

What you will do

Support and continuously improve SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions. Act as the primary functional expert for assigned SuccessFactors modules. Gather, analyse and document business requirements. Configure system changes and coordinate implementation with technical teams and vendors. Support annual HR cycles such as performance reviews, talent reviews and succession planning.

Plan and execute testing activities. Provide functional guidance to users and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation. Support projects and enhancements across the HR technology landscape.

What we are looking for

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally Talent Management modules. Experience in Functional Analysis, HRIS, Application Management or HR Technology. Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluent English.

Nice to have
