Job Description: Manage equipment reliability, machine availability, and maintenance performance across the plant, Develop, implement, and sustain preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

Reduce unplanned downtime and eliminate the root causes of recurring equipment failures, Develop the plant's capital investment (Capex) roadmap and manage investment projects from concept through implementation, Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations, Identify production bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, Manage factory layout optimization, manufacturing flow improvements, and new production line installations, Lead energy efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability projects, Ensure compliance with health, safety, and engineering standards throughout all operations.

Required Skills

and Education Bachelor's degree from Engineering departments, Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, automation, and capital investment projects, Strong knowledge of maintenance management, equipment reliability, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices, Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Proven experience in Capex planning, budget management, and investment project execution, Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, Proficiency in MS Office programs, Completed military service for male candidates, Residing in Istanbul Europe side.
