Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) provider certificate. Class 4 Driver's License and Driver's Abstract. Additional Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (Level C) required.

Preferred Qualifications

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP). International Trauma Life Support (ITLS). Instructor qualifications in any of the above preferred. Professional Driver Improvement Course (PDIC).
