Lead and mentor a team of 20-30 employees, including 3-4 Assistant Managers, fostering a culture of Southern Hospitality . Ensure top-tier guest experiences with fast, friendly service and a welcoming environment. Recruit, train, and grow team members, helping them spread their wings within the company. Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial goals while owning your store’s success. Lead by example through punctuality, professionalism, reliability, and accountability , ensuring the highest service standards. Create an atmosphere where a smile goes for miles , making work fun while ensuring excellence. Take full responsibility for operations, upholding Crispy Creativity in menu execution, guest experience, and team development.
