$4,000 Sign-On Bonus

Full-Time | 40hrs per week Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 4:00PM | On-Call every 4th weekend

Delivering Solutions that Matter:

• Lead the facility's infection prevention and control program through surveillance, audits, data analysis, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with infection control regulations by monitoring practices, investigating outbreaks, and implementing corrective actions.

• Develop and deliver staff education, orientation, and ongoing clinical training to support regulatory compliance and quality care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify training needs, promote best practices, and improve resident outcomes.

• Maintain infection control records, monitor trends, and serve as a clinical resource for infection prevention and staff development.

Qualifications for Success:

• Active, unencumbered CT Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure

• 2+ years of prior experience working as a clinical Nurse in a long-term care setting

• ICP certification preferred, but not necessary

• Current CPR certifications, including BLS

• RN Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written
