A dynamic, full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)opportunity is available in a thriving and well-supported anesthesia department located inTexarkana, Texas. Join a Level III trauma center where your clinical skills will be fully utilized across a diverse range of cases. This department is known for itsstrong leadership, robust mentorship, and modern approach to anesthesia care using the latest technologies and evidence-based practices.

Wide Case Variety: Manage cases including trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, GYN, robotics, pediatrics, GI, EP, and urology. Optional OB cases for those experienced with epidural/spinal anesthesia. No heart or transplant cases.

Advanced Equipment: Work with the latest Mindray Digital Anesthesia Machines, Syringe Pumps, GlideScopes, and EPIC for computerized charting.

Flexible Scheduling: Choose between 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, with optional 16- and 24-hour shifts available after onboarding.

Mentorship & Team Support: A collaborative culture with approachable leadership that emphasizes mentorship, especially for new graduates.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $260,000

Additional Pay: Overtime, shift differentials, call pay, and holiday pay

Sign-On Bonus or Student Stipend: $75,000

Paid Time Off: Granted up front

CME Support: 40 hours of CME + $2,500 allowance
