Service Management (Advisor Network)

Role: Service Management (Advisor Network) Organization: Wadhwani Foundation | Location: Indoesia Role Purpose: Build and manage a strong ecosystem of mentors, service providers, and consulting firms to support SMEs by matching the right advisors to business needs and driving active engagement through the Wadhwani platform.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard mentors (industry & functional experts) across assigned cities Build city-wise networks of service providers (legal, audit, IT, marketing, etc.) Engage 4–5 SME-focused consulting firms per city Source CXO-level advisors pan-India and conduct due diligence Match advisors to SME problem statements and drive active utilization Ensure advisor participation on the community platform and in knowledge sharing KRAs: 30 qualified advisors sourced and onboarded 80% utilization of first 10 curated advisors/firms Advisor NPS ≥ 60 Experience: 3–7 years in ecosystem development, partner/vendor management, consulting coordination, or SME support roles.

Strong stakeholder management and networking skills required.
