Community Services Specialist - Alameda Op **40Hrs/Week**

Work schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. BBilingual Spanish speaking candidates encouraged to apply. Bi-Lingual Pay - One hundred thirty-five dollars per paycheck for threshold languages to serve our monolingual clients.

Plan and provide direct outpatient client service and perform other counseling rehabilitation activities in the management of a client caseload that support the successful transition of clients to independent living and promote client independence and community integration, contributing to the achievement of client goals and objectives.
