Director of Benefits - Human Resources - Springfield

HCRS is seeking an experienced, strategic leader to serve as our Director of Benefits. This role will shape and oversee comprehensive benefits, retirement, leave, and well-being programs that support our staff and strengthen our ability to attract and retain exceptional talent. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, collaborative leader who brings extensive benefits expertise, strong analytical and financial skills, and a commitment to creating competitive, sustainable, and employee-centered programs.

A bachelor’s degree (master's preferred), seven years of progressive benefits experience, and four years of leadership or management experience required. Experience with self-funded health plans or within healthcare or behavioral health is preferred. Range: $120-130k.
