Job description

  1. Creative & Design Skills
  • Strong creativity and visual storytelling ability
  • Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design
  • Ability to create engaging designs for marketing and branding
  • Knowledge of brand identity development and consistency
  1. Software & Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in design software such as: o Adobe Photoshop o Adobe Illustrator o Adobe In. Design o Adobe After Effects (for motion graphics – optional)
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools
  • Experience with Canva or similar design platforms
  • Understanding of print design specifications and digital formats
  1. Digital & Marketing Knowledge
  • Understanding of social media design requirements
  • Knowledge of digital marketing creatives (banners, ads, posts)
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
  • Awareness of current design trends
  1. Communication & Collaboration Skills
  • Ability to understand marketing briefs and translate them into designs
  • Good communication with marketing, sales, and management teams
  • Ability to present and explain design concepts clearly
  1. Time Management & Organization
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong time management and deadline adherence
  • Attention to detail and quality control
  1. Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to interpret feedback and revise designs accordingly
  • Creative problem solving to improve visual communication Job Description Design high-converting social media ads (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Create engaging posts, banners, and campaign creatives Edit social media reels and marketing videos Support product packaging design and product mockups Develop branding materials (labels, identity, merchandise) Handle shop branding, vehicle graphics, and in-house marketing materials Must be available online during working hours Quick response and deadline-oriented Portfolio Requirement Must submit a strong portfolio including: Social media ads Video/reels work Branding & Product packaging samples
