Beauty leaders and business functions across the organization, an essential resource for leadership, people managers, and employees alike, helping drive impactful people operations, a differentiated employee experience, and a culture of belonging at every stage of the employee lifecycle.

You will operate with Zero Distance, not from above or behind the business, but right inside it, embedding deeply within your client groups, translating their goals and challenges into people strategies that fuel growth, strengthen organizational health, and bring our culture to life in ways that are unmistakably e.l.f.

This position reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will be based out of our Oakland, CA HQ, with a hybrid working model.
