In this vital role, you’ll be at the heart of our mission—designing personalized care plans that enhance mobility, promote independence, and improve quality of life for our participants. You’ll conduct thorough assessments, develop tailored therapy strategies, and lead a dedicated support team to ensure each plan is implemented with care and precision.
