Blade Recruitment is currently looking to fill a permanent job for a Maintenance Electrician to work for a leading housing association. The Maintenance Electrician will be working mobile around Dorset. Salary up to £34k pa + benefits. Working 40hrs pw, Monday to Friday + call outs every 8 weeks. JOB DUTIES The Maintenance Electrician job will involve working within domestic properties, carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance works.
Carry out inspections and resolve any issues. Electrical installation works and testing. Some general fabric maintenance as required. JOB REQUIREMENTS The candidate will be a fully qualified Electrician or completed apprenticeship. Ideally have previous experience working in a similar job role. Be customer focused. Preferably have 18th Edition and City and Guilds 2391.
The Maintenance Electrician will have a full UK driving licence. Be well presented, good communication skills. Ability to work alone and within a team.
