• Long Term Care Location: Thornton, CO FoundersRX Pharmacy Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our closed door long term care pharmacy team in Thornton, CO. This fast-paced environment, requires a team player who thrives under pressure and is committed to providing exceptional service to our long term care clients. The pharmacy is a new location that will be the second location to our Colorado Springs location. Seeking an individual who can solve problems and help shape a new pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately for long term care facilities. Maintain strict adherence to pharmacy policies and regulatory requirements in a closed door setting. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely and efficient workflow. Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.

Perform quality checks and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support rotating shifts including weekends to maintain continuous pharmacy operations. Fill prescriptions in blister packs.

Qualifications

Licensed pharmacy technician in the state of Colorado. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work rotating 8-hour shifts and weekends. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Leadership experience is preferred. Work Schedule This position requires rotating shifts and potential changes to shifts as the pharmacy grows and evolves, including rotating weekends, to support continuous pharmacy operations.

Full time position at 32+ hours per week. Part-time positions also available.
