Minimum Qualifications

Ability to reach with hands and arms to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks effectively. Capability to lift and carry heavy weights safely, up to 50 pounds, as required by job duties. Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and their proper use to maintain hygiene standards. Strong visual acuity to identify cleanliness issues and safety hazards in public areas.

Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or facility management. Training or certification in cleaning and sanitation procedures. Demonstrated interpersonal and problem-solving skills to handle guest interactions professionally. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices related to public area maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and elevators to maintain a pristine environment. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Monitor and replenish supplies in public restrooms and common areas to ensure availability and cleanliness. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed in public areas to the appropriate department for timely resolution. Assist with setting up and breaking down public spaces for events or special occasions as needed.

Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols, including proper lifting techniques and use of personal protective equipment. Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous coverage and facility upkeep.
