The Target Pay Range for this position is $24-$29 hourly. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget Job Purpose/Overview As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by ensuring the seamless execution of sales requests and efficient processing of Service.

Now tickets related to contracts. This role is responsible for managing and resolving contract-related requests submitted through Service. Now, processing sales requests within the CPQ system, and providing troubleshooting support and guidance to the sales team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Sales Ops Coordinator , you will work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume and velocity of work that is a result of the demand generated by our Sales Associates. Serving as a valuable partner to the Sales team, your role will be instrumental in enabling them to achieve their sales targets and assisting the company in reaching its overarching organizational goals.

Your expertise and support will be crucial in navigating this energetic setting and ensuring the efficient execution of requests. Respond to real-time requests from sales representatives, such as entering deal details and submitting for approvals. Input, manage, and process Service. Now tickets and requests submitted by the sales team, ensuring accuracy, timely resolution, and efficient processing.

Troubleshoot issues and resolve inquiries related to sales operations, programming, and system usage. Serve as a point of contact for the sales team, answering questions and providing operational guidance. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance system efficiencies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational performance.

Participate in special projects or initiatives as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales operations, data management, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with CPQ systems and sales processes preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Sales Ops Coordinators need the following skills in order to be successful:
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,
• Experience using Service. Now or similar ticket management systems to track, manage, and resolve requests.
• Experience with CPQ systems and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Sales Ops Coordinator Work Environment:
• Sales Ops Coordinators work in a fast-paced environment where they are constantly interacting with sales associates, Sales Ops leaders, and other members of the sales team.
• They must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to work well under pressure.
• Work regular business hours, but they may occasionally have to work overtime to meet deadlines or to support other time zones. Travel Minimal Travel; less than 10% Working Conditions The associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office environment. The associate is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. The associate will primarily work in a typical office environment including use of cubicles, computers and overhead lighting. Temperature extremes will be minimal to nonexistent. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The associate will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, database management, email, and the Internet. The associate is frequently required to use a phone, calculator, and printer.
