Responsibilities include

ensuring efficient and safe machine operation, producing high-quality products, maintaining a clean and organized work area, inspecting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting in the training and development of other production team members.

Key Responsibilities

Set up machines at the beginning of each shift and ensure proper operation. Maintain and clean machines throughout the shift. Adhere to company quality and food safety standards. Perform routine quality inspections and accurately complete inspection documentation. Adjust machine settings and components based on product specifications.

Reset machines following malfunctions and clear machine jams. Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues. Maintain adequate raw material levels to support continuous production. Perform preventative maintenance and equipment cleaning activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Ability to read and write in English. Strong attention to detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work overtime as needed. Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift. Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn all assigned production areas. Mechanical aptitude or previous machine operation experience is preferred.
