THIS POSITION REQUIRES AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR EXPERIENCE We are seeking a seasoned Treatment Coordinator to join our well-established dental practice near University City in San Diego!
Compensation
& Benefits: $32 – 36/hour (depending on skills and experience) Medical, dental, & vision insurance Paid vacation and paid sick leave 401k & 45 matching Opportunity to participate in our monthly team bonus program The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of treatment planning experience, a proactive approach to maintaining a full schedule, and strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities
Patient Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, explaining proposed dental treatments and answering any questions related to PPO insurance coverage Insurance Coordination: Obtain breakdowns of dental benefits, ensuring patients understand their coverage and financial responsibilities Administrative Tasks: Multitask efficiently by auditing and scanning patient charts.
Assist patients with medical history updates and update contact info. Prepare digital charts for the next day’s appointments. Fill schedule gaps when openings occur. Positive Attitude: Bring a friendly and positive demeanor to work every day. Reliability: Be committed and reliable in your role. Utilize Tools: Use various platforms and tools to enhance office productivity.
Qualifications
REQUIRED: Minimum 3-5 years of dental office treatment coordination experience. REQUIRED: Knowledge of Eaglesoft Advanced knowledge of dental terminology Knowledge of ADA codes and services.
