Shipping & Receiving Clerk

At Jones Family of Dealerships, we're proud to be part of a dealership group that has built its reputation on customer service, teamwork, and doing things the right way. We're currently looking for a dependable and hardworkingShipping & Receiving Clerk to join our Parts Department and help keep our operations running smoothly. This position supports our Honda, Acura, GM and Body Shop parts operations.

What You'll Do

• Receive and verify incoming parts shipments against purchase orders.

• Inspect shipments for damage and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments.

• Pull parts for technicians, advisors, and customer orders.

• Support Honda, Acura, and GM parts inventory operations.

• Stock inventory and maintain organized bin locations.

• Process core returns and returned parts.

• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.

• Help keep the parts department clean, organized, and safe.

• Assist with inventory control and other department projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license required.

• Strong attention to detail and organization.

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to lift and move automotive parts and materials.

• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or automotive parts experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
