Heating Engineer

CTS Projects Ltd. - part of the Cardo Group is seeking heating engineers to join our team. This is a rewarding position which requires an individual to work flexibly also use their own initiative in a fast-moving environment. Carry out gas and oil servicing Response maintenance as and when required Communicate with management and Quantity Surveyor Itemize the work to be carried out in customers’ dwellings and premises Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that the organization expects Uphold Data Protection Policies Travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland as required Undertake any other duty deemed necessary by Management, to ensure the efficient running of the business Health & Safety: Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed Observe & follow all manual handling practices Health & Safety :

• As the majority of the work will be conducted in Public Sector or Housing Associations, we will require a recent Access NI certificate CTS Projects will perform an Access NI check as part of the on-boarding process. CTS Projects adheres to the Access NI Code of Practice, which is available upon request.
