Work location : Kühtai , Tyrol Austria Employment type : Full-time Start date : 01.12.2026 End : 04.04.2027 We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) for our client, a 4-star hotel, to strengthen the service team for the upcoming winter season in Kühtai, Tyrol. Main Responsibilities: Leading, motivating, and supporting the service team Actively participating in the daily restaurant service Ensuring smooth and efficient service operations Taking care of guests and creating a high-quality guest experience Working closely with the kitchen and reception teams Coordinating the team, including in stressful situations Ensuring high service and quality standards Actively contributing to and further developing the restaurant and service concept Your Profile: Professional experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager You are a passionate host who genuinely enjoys taking care of guests with enthusiasm and dedication.

You remain calm and keep an overview even in stressful situations. You enjoy motivating and leading your team. You create memorable experiences for our guests and work closely with the kitchen and reception teams.
