Assistant Manager

Position: Assistant Manager Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401K Plan Employee Discount Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with a rotating requirement to work every other Saturday. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at our Truman Store.

Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing staff. Support training and supervision to ensure exceptional customer service. Help maintain a positive, welcoming store atmosphere for customers. Contribute to daily production tasks and customer service.

Qualifications

Highly organized and detail oriented. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Retail management experience.
