We're looking for a Leasing Professional to join our team at a vibrant student housing community, where no two days look the same and every lease you sign helps create a home students are excited to live in!

As a Leasing Professional, you'll be the face of our community — guiding prospective residents through the entire rental journey, from first tour to move-in day. You'll manage everything from attracting and assessing potential residents to finalizing lease documentation, all while building genuine connections with students and families along the way.

Compensation

$18.00 - $22.00/hour 20% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly) $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly) Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral) Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D Insurance, and Long/Short-Term Disability Retirement Plan: 401(k) with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off: Including 10 Holidays per year and sick leave What We’ll Expect from You: Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.

Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
