Draftsperson

The Draftsperson reports directly to the Drafting Supervisor and Drafting Manager at Toro Aluminum.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce accurate shop drawings using AutoCAD/REVIT, in compliance with contract documents, project specifications, and company standards. Work on assigned projects with guidance and support from a Job Captain, as required. Review and implement architectural revisions, ASIs, SKs, and engineer/client comments accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and standards relevant to window wall systems. Support the engineering review and stamping process by addressing comments and updating drawings accordingly. Participate in Bluebeam sessions and internal reviews as required. Assist with as-built drawings and updates based on site conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit. Experience with window wall, 1- 3+ years of experience. Curtain wall, or façade systems experience considered an asset. Strong understanding of shop drawing production and coordination workflows. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.

Salary Range: $50,000- $100,000 annually #INDHP
