Louis metropolitan areas by maintaining accurate, compliant, and efficient Automated Dispensing Systems (ADS). Our team ensures medications are readily available, properly tracked, and aligned with billing and regulatory standards. ADU Travel Technician – East St. Louis, IL & Surrounding Areas Responsibilities: Work independently under the direction of a supervisor.

Travel to assigned healthcare facilities throughout East St. Louis, IL and surrounding areas. Maintain active communication with client facility staff and pharmacy teams, primarily via email. Maintain accurate inventory records within each Automated Dispensing System (ADS), including: Medication quantities. Expiration dates.

Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure accurate billing. Replace medications that are approaching expiration to maintain compliance and patient safety. Perform monthly audits (cycle counts) to ensure system accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.

Represent SpecialtyRx professionally while onsite at client facilities. Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required. Active Pharmacy Technician license or registration, as required by applicable state regulations. Previous pharmacy, inventory management, or ADS experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently across multiple locations.

Strong written communication skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally. Ability to perform light lifting. Schedule: Day shift (schedule may vary based on facility needs). Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM. Local travel required throughout East St. Louis, IL and surrounding Southern Illinois and St.

Louis metropolitan areas.
