We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and disciplined individual to join our team in the Buffalo, NY area! Cleaner/Grounds/Light Maintenance Technician Compensation: $16 - $18 per hour (based on experience) part-time 20-25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Schedules, coordinates, monitors, and performs all outside grounds, inside and outside janitorial duties and light maintenance at designated site. Maintains the overall cleanliness, appearance and upkeep of the property, indoors and outdoors. Ensures thorough and proper cleaning of all common areas, taking pride in your craftsmanship.

Demonstrates initiative and accountability in daily tasks. Performs snow removal and landscaping as required. Assists with light maintenance tasks, service requests, and minor repairs. Regularly inspects the property to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal are maintained. Works professionally, respectfully and cooperatively with the team.

Performs other duties as assigned and commits to promoting company culture, mission and values. Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3 years’ minimum experience related to grounds, janitorial, light maintenance and building systems required. Experience in property management is a plus!

Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and ability to respond to required On-call. Required use of a personal cell phone (reimbursement included). Thank you for applying!
