Assistant Food Service Manager
Job description
The Assistant Food Service Manager reports to the Food Manager and assists with overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen within the facility. The Assistant Food Service Manager maintains order and discipline, ensures proper training of inmate workers, and supports rehabilitation through structured culinary work experience.
